Designed for those applications where routine clean-out is required, the NCHT is a heavy-duty hopper tank for either wet or dry grain, or for some specialty applications. NCHT hopper tanks are available in 40 degree, 45 degree, and 60 degree hoppers to meet many different requirements.

GRAIN BIN ROOF

Our grain bin roof features a 3” (76.2 mm) tall rib with over and under lap profiles ensures a precise fit. Three bend rib profiles are also incorporated in the new design for increased strength to stand up even in the harshest environments.

WIDE FLANGE I-BEAM SUB STRUCTURE

Wide flange I-Beam sub structure has the strength and durability to support the heavy loads of hopper tanks year after year. Our sub structure is customizable to meet your specific clearance needs and can be designed to your wind and seismic requirements.

FULLY STIFFENED BIN DESIGN

Stiffeners on the sidewall provide increased strength and durability to stand up to the demands of frequent usage.

MULTIPLE HOPPER ANGLES

Your storage and unload requirements vary, that’s why we have 40, 45, and 60 degree angles to handle almost any need.

MULTIPLE DISCHARGE SIZES

While the standard discharge opening is 12” (304.8 mm), GSI offers openings up to 23” (584.2 mm) to support higher capacity load-out needs.

FLASHING KIT

An optional flashing kit allows for a smooth transition for grain from the sidewall of the bin to the hopper, preventing material hang-ups during unloading.
