EN-MASSE CHAIN CONVEYORS 26” / 32” / 39” TALL

All trough pieces are flanged with structural angle to provide rigidity and accurate alignment. The trough is a bolted, 3 piece construction, rather than a formed U shape, for increased strength, durability, and ease of service.

Bolted access allows removal of the shaft, sprocket, and bearings as a complete assembly in both the head and tail for quick replacement or service. Optional split sprockets speed service even more. In addition, bolt on trough bottoms make liner replacement easier.

Special attention has been paid to your heavy duty needs, including heavy-duty welded housings, heavy-duty take-ups, thicker standard liners, stronger heads and tails, 6” (152.40 mm) pitch welded chain with welded v-cup flight attachments, and factory bolted flights.

GSI’s higher capacity En-Masse conveyors are available in multiple widths for each size of conveyor, ensuring the precise configuration is available for your needs.

Optional rail returns are lined with abrasion-resistant steel and tapered end to end to minimize flight wear. To ensure smooth operation, each of the rails overlap at the flange connection. Roller returns are also available.
